The toxic mixture of social media, politics, and entertainment (which includes what passes for journalism these days) is a poisonous cocktail. The more we drink it, the more our society crumbles and dies.
Drink water instead, and spend the day bored, preferably outdoors, without your phone or computer.

I’m off to Cape Cod where I and my Logistics Leaders for T1D Cure teammates will cycle 101 miles tomorrow in support of Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), the leading non-profit organization dedicated to research and advocacy for type 1 diabetes.
I’m at 90% of my fundraising goal. The good news is that it’s not too late to support the cause. You can help me cross the finish line by making a donation via the following link; no donation is too small because every dollar gets us closer to a cure.

Thank you in advance for your support! I will share some stories and photos next week.
And with that, have a meaningful weekend!
